One Bridge hosted Mr. Ma as a software engineering guest speaker for the Spring 2023 10-week research program. He was kind enough to discuss his journey with STEM and software engineering, from childhood to present day. He shared the process of narrowing down his career focus from engineering to software engineering in specific, as well as the challenges his overcame in his professional career. He answered students’ questions about how to get started in the field and the projects he is currently working on!
